Take that salty hankering for a fresh half dozen oysters and march yourself into the Salted Brick. You will first be greeted with the sweet smokey scent of their in-house cured meats followed by the friendly staff or chef behind the long prep table open to the restaurant. There is no shortage of selection or action. Salted Brick caters to the religious brunch goers as well as the afternoon grazers with their beautifully curated election of meats and smart condiments changing seasonally.

Their brunch is nothing less than amazing with creative dishes such as Sunny Side Octopus Patatas Bravas and a peanut butter chocolate duck fat bar for dessert – yes, I eat dessert with my breakfast on the weekend. As do many Kelowna restaurants, Salted Brick sources their produce from local farmers and creates dishes using only the highest quality ingredients. If you have not been yet, this is a must. Come take in all Kelowna has to offer to the local fresh food scene.
