Sparkling Honey Soda made with spring honey from the Don Valley. Honey was harvested by Toronto Bee Rescue. A new edition in the honey soda family that focuses on single seasons and places. This spring honey has a beautifully delicate and waxy palette - the carbonation has also been adjusted higher for this run.
